Palen Contracting, LLC has been in business for over 20 years, working to give our clients the best results possible. We are a small full-service commercial and industrial construction company and have worked with the same sub-contractors since we opened our doors. We have a number of specialties including tenant improvements, school construction and maintenance, ground up construction, restaurants, office buildings, retail and industrial facilities.
Our personal staff and close attention to detail has helped us to build long-lasting relationships that we take pride in. We take pride in the fact that we can take any clients budgetary needs and provide them with a building project that meets their goals. In addition, we work architects at the ground level in planning and designing a functional facility to your specific needs. ABOUT JOE PALEN
Joe has been passionate about building his entire life. He takes pride in the fact that he has a small and personal company where he is personally involved in every project. He pays close attention to detail and prides himself on being honest and open with all his clients. Joe believes that the key to any successful business is honesty, integrity and building long-lasting relationships.
When you combine his experience with the experience of his team, they have over 100 years worth of combined experienced in the building profession. This team has stood by him for over 20 years, project after project. It's these relationships that deliver quality results.
Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, Joe has roots in the Twin Cities. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves Minnesota. He has one daughter, Jess, who is an avid soccer player and extreme animal lover.
